In reply to Ellie. Hi Ellie! Since you don't have a fixed monthly bill, you can deposit a certain amount (say 15,000 MXN). They will accept that deposit as "saldo" and they will just deduct your monthly bill from that deposit. Unfortunately, there's no way to pay in advance for 9 months as you don't really know what that 9-month bill costs. I hope this is clear!

In reply to Jackie Reeves. Hi Jackie! If the ATMs are inside the Telmex office, then they follow office hours. But if it has a separate entrance, I believe those are open on weekends but I never really tried paying on weekends. Why won't you pay online?

after nearly a year of paying on the main telmex site, it decided to stop accepting my US issued credit card. the US telmex site you gave in this article worked. thank you so much for the tip. i’ve book marked your blog for future use 🙂
