Queretaro has its own airport (QRO) which you did not mention. Freixenet has a long history in Spain, but didn’t arrive in Mexico until the 1970s (you can check their website). San Juanito may grow white wine and sparkling grapes, but only have rose and red bottled. The white varietals are sold to Freixenet. I hope people read this comment and actually go with someone who actually knows the Queretaro wine region.
