Cabo is toast… done… over… history….
Overbuilt…. streets and highways jammed with impatient traffic… beaches and bars way too crowded…
And getting worse….

Who am I?…..
I have been here since 1995…
A manager of sales rooms at top resorts….. owner of the number one English school for years….
I tell you the truth.

Greedy developers and corrupt officials… paying money.. and taking money…. for way too much development….

Go north…. to La Ribera….

Quiet…. peaceful…. like Cabo used to be….
30 years ago..
Only one hour from San Jose…del Cabo

Cabo is just Los Angeles South…. now..
Time to move forward….
