What a great family! You can tell that they are very proud of their hard work. I learned so much about mezcal distillery. It was fin to go into the fields and see the actual plants. Conejo did an excellent job of keeping us interested and entertained. The sons are adorable and hardworking. The mole lunch was delicious and the mezcal tasting fun. I highly recommend this adventure.

Victor, our guide was great! Really good English and the car is so clean. We did the tour without lunch and it was still a great experience. Love that this tour supports the local communities in Oaxaca!

The tour is really a unique experience and I highly recommend it. Everything was very smooth, our guide was very knowledgeable and addressed all our questions. At the Palenque, the tour was done by Conejo himself. He took us to the mountains and explained in detailed about different types of agave plants that he grows. Afterwards we had some delicious tamales and went back to see the rest of the production process. You could really see how passionate the guy is about what he does. We learned so much. After we went on to tase some of the mezcals that Conejo produced and purchased our favorite ones. Will definitely be back!
